Develop and implement new and effective procedures for QC.
Manage the debit memo section.
TICO certification.
Co-ordinate, assign, supervise and review activities of ticketing staff Establish work schedules and procedures.
Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
Resolve work related problems. Train workers in job duties.
Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
Handle emergency situations, Ability to work flexible shifts.
Knowledge of Agresso or travel related accounting software an asset Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience is a must.

SkyLink needs a Programmer with 2+ years of experience in C++/C# or VB.NET programming, where minimum 1+ year of experience is in Software component development in a air-travel industry. Minimum of 2 years experience in .NET environment, Microsoft SQL server 2000/2005 maintenance and administration. Good Knowledge and experience in: JavaScript, T-SQL programming (on Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005), IIS administration, AJAX, XML parsing/processing, webservices, and understanding of SOAP. Knowledge of system design principles, software development methodologies, and hands on CSS experience will be an advantage. Knowledge/Experience of Air-travel industry terminology is required.
