Refunds
All reservations must be cancelled prior to flight departure by calling 1 877 SKYLINK (759 5465)
In addition to airline imposed fees, SkyLink does levy an administration fee. Any commission
received by the agency must be returned to SkyLink in order to process the refund in a timely fashion.
In case of special requests involving hospital/death certificates the same must be submitted
in original to Skylink offices (See regional call centres for address details)
On an average please allow 2-3 weeks for processing refunds.
